ZestLife was founded by Stuart and Marguerite Wilson in 2007 with the sole purpose of working with people in areas of personal development through training, facilitation and counselling in order for them to live at the highest levels of potential and fulfilment.
ZestLife Training offers courses to Institutions, centres, schools and groups working particularly with young people and adult learning facilitation. These courses are specifically created to ensure excellent levels of best practice in working in group and academic and educational envirnoments.
ZestLife College offers courses to individuals through our college courses in Counselling and Psychotherapy with our Foundation, Diploma and Degree courses as well as our varied certificate courses. Our college courses assure you of a personal journey of self discovery as well as a course of academic and practical application and excellence.
ZestLife Counselling offers an excellent centre with qualified, accredited therapists working in a safe structured environment. Our therapists both male and female offer you the most up to date therapeutic services.ZestLife is a register therapy provider for www.towardshealing.ie for survivors of clerical abuse.
We have worked with people from many backgrounds and as diverse as Irish schools, Community Training Centres, Youthreach Centres, Travellers Training Centres, Probation services, Prisons, Former Child Soldiers in Africa, former Child Prostitutes in India, Slum children and children in Prisons in Eastern Europe. Our knowledge and expertise within the area of marginalized and traumatized young people is second to none.
We are actively involved in all of these areas and are passionate about seeing change for these people. We believe in facilitating individuals in becoming more effective at what they do. We use the most up to date cognitive methods to ensure we create change quickly by helping change the way our clients see and do things.
