ZestLife work with young people and adults in the community particularly on the fringes of society who wish to create positive change and maximise personal effectiveness.

We work with young people in Youth Groups, YouthReach Centres, Community Training Centres, Travellers Training Centres and Prisons Services who wish to reach their true potential. We have developed cognative training programmes that leave young people more assured with self belief, stronger self confidence and self esteem. We help those who may be struggling with behavioural issues of anger, violence or dependencies to re-adjust themselves in a non judgemental and safe method.
